Where do you ship?

We currently ship only within the United States, and standard shipping is free.

How long will my order take?

Processing normally takes 1–2 business days, followed by an estimated 4–6 business days in transit.

Will I receive tracking?

Yes. Tracking details are sent after the order ships.

Can I return or exchange an item?

Eligible items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days after delivery. See the Refund Policy for condition requirements and instructions.

Are return labels free?

Yes. For an approved return, we pay return shipping and provide a free return label. There is no restocking fee.

Can I cancel an order?

Contact us before shipment. After an order ships, the return process applies.

Which payments are accepted?

Major Credit/Debit Card payments are accepted in USD, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover, plus any other options shown at checkout.
