Refund Policy

Returns and exchanges

Eligible items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days after delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with any original packaging.

Contact us before sending anything back. When a return is approved, we pay the return shipping cost and provide a free return label. We do not charge restocking fees.

Refund timing

After the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the result. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may require additional posting time.

Damaged, incorrect, or missing items

Please contact us promptly with your order number and clear photos when applicable so we can review and provide an appropriate replacement, exchange, or refund.

Cancellations

An order may be cancelled before it ships. Once shipment is confirmed, the standard return process applies.
